I am under the impression that high ratio of the Aji Dulce peppers to habanaro peppers will result in the most ultimate tasting salsa with 1/4 the heat of regular habs.
Is anything missing in the flavor of the Ajis or is there anything added bad tasting in comparison to the Peach or regular Habanaro?
