Aji Lemon Pepper Sauce Recipe?

This is my first season, and I'm looking for a pepper sauce recipe using aji lemons.  I thought I would make the standard pepper, onion, garlic, carrot, vinegar, salt...since this is my first time using these particular peppers.  But, is there another sauce recipe better suited to ajis?  Any special ingredients you prefer with this particular pepper?  Thanks.

A great way to eat them, Jim, is is to cut the tops off, de-seed and then throw them in a blender with some garlic salt and the juice of a lime. Make a puree and eat with chips, or a spoon! You can also freeze the puree and add it to sauces. I`ll send you some Aji lemon powder to try, too.

This is a Habanero salsa recipe I use. I think substitute the Aji lemons, reduce the acid and there you go.

This was inspired by a Rick Bayless recipe from the Yucatan.

Juice of 2 limes,
3 teaspoons garlic salt,
1/4 pound of habaneros (about 12).

Put everything in a blender and smash to bits on the highest setting for about 5 minutes. Cool in the fridge for about an hour.
