however you make it be sure to whatch your vinegar and salt sugetion would be to use FRUIT FRESH OR CITRIC ACID AS A PRESERVATIVE
if your talking about Aji lemon drop they have a very subtle flavor that can be easily destroyed if you use too much vinegar or salt
if your talking about Aji Limon they are more like a Habanero and a little easier to work with with regards to salt and vinegar
however if its going to be fruit based watch both again
im not much for mesuring things so use your imagination here
try a fruit like
mango
papaya
star fruit
quava
kiwi
pineapple
or use your favorite fruit juice
thay are great pepper flavor-wise and decent heat
