And here I was sitting, feeling like the king of the world because one of my growing mentors thought I was kidding when I showed her how great my pansy violets are doing.

Amazing plants, I can sow them in the flowerbeds outside in the fall, have -40 deg F during the winter and the plants are flowering in may even though we have frost during the nights. Amazing plants, I can't wrap my head around them! (Should have started a new tread maybe...)

Anyway, my point was that I feel that my plants are doing good and then you post pics that make me drool! I want your green thumbs and your climate!

thanks gents...I am truly blessed with a good growing climate with a long season...most of what I know about growing peppers came from this forum...there is a lot of knowledge in here...and the pansies are one of my favorite flowers...just don't have any this year...

They remind me of a whole pepper army that is getting ready to take over the world.

They all look great. Thanks for sharing

Don't sell yourself short. Reading, learning and knowing stuff is one thing, but plants are living things and you do need some "Je ne sais quoi" (as the germans say when then want to feel special) to make it work:lol: There are other here who have access to the same knowledge and the same or even better climate who don't do half as well as you.

blushing here MrArboc...thank you is all I can say...

got it Carol...thanks...it is in a pot of salsa cooking down right now....

am going to put up about 20 pints today

Looking fantastic AJ, your hard work is definitely paying off. I could spend all day just wandering around in your back yard.

Great looking herd AJ. I'm thinking that morning sun and late afternoon shade is the way to go too. I've never had happier plants.

Ditto! That would sure be fun wouldn't it Patrick.

Unbelievable AJ - great looking plants. I'm jealous of your climate - I think my plants are slow this year because for the most part we have been under average here. Only about 4 days of low 90's, a ton in the 70's and a few mid to upper 80's. I believe the cool weather has slowed them down - oh well I'll just let them be and see what happens.

I'm getting tired of commenting on your posts... I mean, c'mon! what can I possibly say? IT'S PERFECT! AS ALWAYS!
All I ever do is getting sad I don't have the amazing gift you have. :(
