Wow AJ!!! that is one hell of a pepper garden you got there :) I always love seeing your pics and vids. Thanks for sharing your chile paradise

Those Tabascos look real nice! Your plants are huge! Do you get much wind where you are? Spring and Fall I get 30mph winds at least 3 times a week, In the summer it is a little less usually, except when we get a thunderstorm with 40-80mph gusts! I couldn't imagine picking up that many pots after a windy day! By the way wind is my nemesis, especially during the hardening off phase in the spring!

Insane amount of peppers waiting to ripen in your garden AJ! I grew pequins instead of tobasco this year and really like both, are those Avery Island Tobasco plants your growing? The Brain Strain is a monster, how are your pods looking? It's kinda late in the season here, fingers crossed that no artic blast arrive before all those pods ripen. Plants really seem to have taken off after the drip irrigation was installed, extremely healthy looking plants for 10 days till halloween. Boo. :woohoo:

It's just a crazy wild guess... but you like Chilli Peppers don't you?

!!! my eyes are as wide as a kid who just saw his first people porn video !!!

thanks all...

I_J...wind isn't of much concern here...we do get upwards of 60-80 mph straight line winds every now and again, but the 6' privacy fence seems to shed the north wind pretty good plus the house sheds the south wind...I did have about 3 or 4 of the Yellow 7s blow over about a month ago but I had no broken limbs...they are pretty healthy plants...

PRF...yes sir, the last of the Avery Island seeds you sent...and again, thank you very much...they are a PIA to pick but I always need them for pepper sauce and the like...

Geo...believe it or not, I can still walk between the plants...I have to be careful though I do knock some pods off but it isn't that bad...

That was amazing. It's pepper paradise out there, but they're all lined up like a pepper army. Really incredible what can be done with proper planning, hard work and a little help from mother nature. Can't wait to see the harvests.

Looks amazing again this year AJ. I can't wait to see the final haul picture. Really enjoyed the puree's. The 08 "Red Superhots" (Bhut, 7 pot, Scorpion) was gone in 3 days between me and a few coworkers. The solo 09 Red 7 pot was much hotter but still enjoyable. Looking forward to more and trying to make some for myself. I'll be going to Zestfest on the Saturday. Didn't know if I might run into you there.

Hope the freeze holds back until December again!

Mike

thanks again all...it is truly a labor of love and this year has been a true pleasure since I got the fertigation system in...instead of 2-3hours per day watering during the summer I sit on the patio and drink Margaritas or 7 Pot Bloody Marys and listen for the valves to open and close for each section of the system...

Mike...I plan on going to zestfest also...probably on Friday AND Saturday...look for me near the DefCon display....if I am not there, check with the creator (John) and he should be able to point you in my direction...pm me before you get here and I will give you my contact information...

Illinois...isn't that way up in north Texas?...roflmao...

I will be in Chicago Thanksgiving week...

as always, AJ, beautiful pepper porn!
That gives us something to strive for. I feel like my little plants are a sad representation of what is possible. 7 pounds of harvest..........

If you have a plethora of Red Savinas, contact me. We put all the Red Savs in the gh and are running a heater at night to try and get as much harvest as we can. I'm only concerned about the red savs because a couple of our products list Red Savinas as an ingredient and my former source is no longer in the biz.
