BIG SUN HABANERO 25 seeds, not one germinated. However, the vendor gave me 8 starter plugs for free to make up fo it. Unfortunately, none were the Big Sun. I found another vendor that had Big Sun (or Yellow Sun, as they called it) plants for sale, so I bought 2 of those.

I have couple of freinds who love bell peppers, so I will probably give them several of the bells, along with some of the Jalapenos, and maybe a select few of the superhots.
 
I've had quite a read this morning, thank you for sharing!! Beautiful plants, beautiful pods, excellent yield. Well done. What area are you in, if you don't mind my asking?

I have them covered tonight, frost. Probably tomorrow night also. Then it warms up for next week. I might be picking pods Thanksgiving. Not bad for 40° North Latitude.

Looks like the end... low 30°s next two nights, mid 20°s the following three. Snow predicted Saturday night.
 
'All good things gotta come to an end, and it's the same with the Wildwood Weed', I mean peppers.
 
Same here. 20's this weekend and possible snow. Slight frost this morning. Guess I'll cut the plants off and hang them to get the last few pods I want.

This single branch, at the end of the season, produced nearly as many pods (and better quality pods) as the rest of the plant the entire season:
