It takes about 8 months to make. Hurricane Sandy slapped us pretty well, so we're starting from scratch again. Figure probably sometime during the summer. I always have a small reserve on hand, so if you'd like to try it, either come to Zest Fest in TX the end of January, or come to one of our local events in NJ, we will probably have a couple that haven't been scheduled yet..
