I have a question about cross breeding peppers. Can you cross peppers, and lets say, tomatoes or bell peppers? I wonder if you can get a spicy tomato?

No, not without genetically modifying. Even some chile species will not cross

I don't think tissue culture has much to do with hybrid/crosses, but I really have limited knowledge on this topic
