I've been lurker for a while now, and decide it was time to signup, and maybe even contribute a little.
 
I've been making different hot sauces for awhile now, and since I started I really can't stand store bought.
 
Depending on where my and I go to eat, I sometimes sneak my own sauce in to use. Is this bad?

Welcome! Now that I've tried hot sauces that aren't the norm, I agree. I can't stand some of the sauces at restaurants.
