Alphids!?

I'm having wicked bad aphids. First year ever. THOUSANDS of them. I used Sevin, 2 days later all were back. I used Eight, back again. I sprayed them off daily, each f'n leaf. Within hours they were back. I just unleashed 2000 ladybugs. They eat a lot but I still have hundreds on each plant. I've never had them at all, and now I'm knee deep in those little green bastards.
Those aphids are some pesky bastards that's for sure. A couple more applications will get them under control.
Ladybugs will clean them off quick if you can keep them there. I had a fatalii plant this year that had probably a hundred or so aphids on it a couple of weeks after plant out and the ladybugs were on less infested plants. I gently moved 1 over to the fatalii plant and the next day there was not a single aphid on it. I don't know if it ate that many in a day or the aphids found out they were not welcome anymore and left, but they were gone.
