Another greeting from France

Hi everyone,

I think it's about time to introduce myself.

I'm from Normandy, France.
As a fellow-countryman said earlier there isn't much of pepper "culture" and hot peppers are really hard to come by here.
Nonetheless there are small spice shops that sell exotic stuff, including peppers like habs (eg. martinique and guadeloupe).
Naturally not being able to eat oysters, snails, frogs and that kind of shit, I resorted to chilies.
I even had some success germinating habanero seeds coming straight from my mouth :), of course I didn't know much about growing peppers back then and far far from being an expert now.
Later I decided it's time for me to expand other varieties, not so common over here: Bhut Jolokia, Butch T even Jalapeno or Lemon drop.
Not planning to plant outside, at least for now, as we have a very cold weather in Normandy this year.
That sums it all up.
Cheers and have a lot of fun!

:welcome: from sunny South Florida! :woohoo:
