They aren't talking about new people signing up to play this lotto.
They were wondering if people were making multiple accounts for themselves so they could pick more numbers.
 
Almost a day with no guess.
8:44 PM yesterday was the last guess.

Probably/looks like too much going on to mess with the target tonight.
Maybe at dark thirty,I don't know yet.
 
If the multiple accounts are a problem, where it sort of looks like that might be the case, just set a post limit or a time on the board limit to guess. Not trying to do anything but throw out a suggestion.
 
I'll accept any last new guesses but I'll be making up a target soon and be tossing a dart to see who wins.

Originally I said a day or so with no guesses makes it dart time...

I'll probably make up the target after work- 7 - 8AM or whenever I wake up this afternoon.

Probably toss the dart tomorrow (today for you guys) sometime after I wake up or whenever I finish the target ,should be a winner by tonight.

Nobody guessed the number.There was no winner.
