Hi everyone. I am a 73 year old former hobbyist who grows peppers in South Texas, just southwest of San Antonio. Although I make no claim to notoriety in competition with the original "Pepper Joe", the locals here have also bestowed that nickname on me. I use totally natural methods, and my procedures and specific natural or organic products that I use can be seen on my web site.

Sadly I am not far enough south to escape a few winter freezes. A month ago we had a very short flash freeze that killed off most of my plants, except my Cayennes and a few other random plants. Yesterday we brought in about 20 pounds of beautiful cayennes because we expected, and in fact suffered a hard freeze this morning.
In any event, I'm happy to be involved, and am more than willing to offer suggestions, etc., in order to help other pepper enthusiasts.
