Another sick plant, but I can't think of what it could be??

yeah I sprayed it with some water/vinegar mix and cut off the bad leaves and there are a very brown spots on them now, but it looks like it is getting better.. hopefully, at least I now have a bunch of other seedlings popping up in my 3rd and final (.. maybe lol) seed tray

and none of the other plants are showing anything bad that I can see, but if I do I may pick up a fungicide

You may want to isolate it a bit better. Some viruses can spread without physical contact. A gentle breeze, someone walking by. At a minimum it should probably be in it's own room. Better safe than sorry.

Hope it gets straightened out.

damn, I will stick it next to the shelf area in the window sill, hopefully it gets better, if not then I just hope it gets warm out so I can plant it outside by itself somewhere to see what happens.. but it is looking better.. hopefully, we will see in a few weeks

Could be mites of some description ... or whitefly etc ... the problems on the plants usually present before you notice the bugs themselves ...
