I'm going to go with heat/light stress and possibly some transplant shock.
The plants with leaves that are cupping down at the edges and tips have been wilting and the leaves aren't regaining their turgidity soon enough so they're going to hold a permanent downward cup.
The ones that are going thin and drying and curling at the margins are suffering even more and drying to the point of tissue necrosis. My guess is you're getting more sun and heat than they're used to - you can tell by the leaves that those plants have been growing in cooler/less sunny conditions. That spotted yellow chlorosis also is symptomatic of an abrupt transition into an environment with significant higher light intensity. There's even a couple spots where sunburn appears evident. It's also possible the roots didn't come through transplant particularly well, but that's not necessary the case.
If what I'm suggesting seems likely, I'd suggest moving them to partial dappled shade until they root in a little better and then expose them progressively to more intense sun and heat.
If you choose to move them to partial shade, be careful not to over-water as it isn't good to soak them right now.
That's my $0.02.
