Antz or Slugz?

I thought it was slugs as I could see their trails in the mornings but after taking this picture and uploaded I noticed what looks like an ant? Seem to just be eating scorpions (outside) and 7 pot (greenhouse in soil) pods.

Slugs, ants will not eat the pods. Ants coral aphids and harvest them.
