I have just started my first sourdough starter yesterday lol! I added a teaspoon of honey to it because I cant leave anything alone haha. Can't wait to try my first homeade sourdough bread out. Will be cooking in my old trusy wagner ware cast iron pan It's funny how I just came across this and I have been reading about sourdoughs for the past two days now.
