Can you break down the #-#-# thing? You said the first one is nitrogen.. what sort of ratio should I look for?

I think look for possibly fish fertilizer? Or maybe its fish emulsion. I cant remember but its 5-1-1 i think and that might work.

Im by no means an expert but 3-7-3 is NPK.

And i want to say potash the element is K20 so im guessing thats were the K comes in.

You're going to have to google the benefits of each because theres seperate fertilizers, some for growth, and some for bloom. If all else fails, and you can't get anything, i'd go for miracle grow reguardless of what everyone elses opinion, its better then nothing.
