Any idea what this problem could be?

Plants looked fine and healthy until about a day or so ago, the leaves have been turning limp and dying.
 
I sprayed with neem oil and calcium a few days ago. And water lightly from the bottom.

I think the water has been fine, haven't let them get too dry at all.
 
Well then maybe over watering or the plant hasn't been hardened off the leave tips being burnt looks like scorch
