I am looking for sources for obtaining quality cayenne pepper mash in 55 gallon form. The company I previously bought from appears to have gone out of business, Pedologues. I have called some of the larger companies but you have to buy a pallet to get them to sell. If anyone can help a small time fledgling pepper sauce "maker" it would be greatly appreciated.
