Anybody know what a hot floral is?

I picked one up at my local nursery & ive never heard of it. The lady working there says she hasn't ethier.
I would post a picture, but its not producing yet, so I dont think it'd really help too much.

Let's just say that depending on your sensitivity to the grotesque, you might consider just remaining ignorant to this one. You will be scarred. If you're not easily fazed, google it.
