food Anyone ever tried something like this?

So I was hungry tonight and got to thinking about a recipe a friend had sent me calling for battered fried fish, hot peppers (any type), onion, tomato, cucumber and herbs. I didn't have everything but decided to try it anyhow. I cooked up some Halibet (sp? I think that's what it was) with breading, mixed in One large Mariana's Peace Tomato, 2 JalapeƱos,2 Mystery peppers, Tossed in some minced onion and a little basil. It turned out awesome. I'm not normally a fan of fish, the taste gets to me but this mix of flavor is outstanding! Pictures to come.

Yeah, sounds good. Crumbed fish with a bit of heat and a tomato-ie slightly herbed flavour. Halibut is a northern hemi. fish yeah? What would you describe the flavour as michi?

Honestly I think it's a bit to fishy tasting (durr) for me but when I made it like this, the flavor was remarkable! The mix of flavors just went together perfectly and to be honest I liked the look of it as well. I took a couple pictures with the webcam, not the greatest but good enough. I'd definitely recommend trying it some time!
