Anyone growing Yaki blue?

I cant believe I never posted my ripe pod pics... Here they were from last season ...

And here's some plants from this year

I really love my pheno of Yaki Blue ... It's a lovely dark plant with hints of green, the pods start of deep purple and rubbery to touch, and ripen to large dark glossy pods with an underlying rich red that shines through in the light... Taste great with great heat too...

Such a stunning plant and the pods look pretty damn awesome too.

Sooooooooooo
How did they end up when ripe?

I think mine are the same. Wondering how I tell if they are ripe.
I have some pods that I grew isolated, but just wondering when I should pick...

Here is an shot of my plant.
They will change to orange colourations.  Seeds from ripened pods should be plump of course.. but trial and error
