Capsicum baccatum var. baccatum seems the best fit. The erect teeth on the calyx (visible on the spent flower in the background) separates it from C. recurvatum. Without seeing fruit it is very difficult to exclude C. cornutum though. It could even be a white flowered C. praetermissum.
Flowers are only part of the matrix that we use to determine a taxon. As I have stated before - it is the product of the sum of characters - not just one.
