well the mystery pepper in question came from none other than ajijoe.i ordered a few packs from him and among the pack was a mystery mixed superhot pack.dont know if that helps.

Looks like another mushroom/squash type C. annuum

definitely a squash/mushroom, comes in red/yellow versions... had a plant last year, very productive, pods are nicely hot for a c. annuum variety
