Anyone seen this on pepper plant leaves.

I just saw this on the bottom side of the leaves of a plant I had whacked back last fall. Anyone ever seen it before or know what it is?

Just tricomes, bud. I have seen that on my
plants, as well. Who knows what their  func-
tion is? Pretty sure it's not edema.
 
There are lots and lots of different tricomes
on many different species of plants. Example,
the fuzz on cumaris and tomatoes.
