Anyone selling fresh peppers to resturants?

I sell some to a local pub for food and beer. I am supplying them with sauce and nagas for a burger they are developing called the Ghost burger. Last year it was orange habs for a wing sauce.
 
Usually only a couple of lbs of habs at a time for the wings. I don't know how many Nagas they will need for the burgers. Depends on how well it goes over I guess. It is going to be a man vs food kind of contest. The Ghost Burger Challenge. Bhut Jolokia sauce mixed in with the ground beef and then some more chopped up on top. We did a trial burger last weekend and four of us sampled it. Two people couldn't eat it, one did but suffered. I said we needed more sauce in the meat. :lol:

Make sure you post the restaurant name somewhere after the burger is launched. I'd be more than willing to stop in and try the next time I'm driving thru PA!
 
Will do. I may be able to bring a few to Bower's this year if anyone wants any to take home to reheat.
