Anyone use this stuff?

They have been in business for 80 plus years. I assume it's good stuff. Smells just like a chicken house.

Looks okay but how big is the bag? Looks like it could be kind of expensive to use for a crop opposed to a small # of house plants if buying small quantities, but so it goes for any packaged *food*.

I haven't used it but I've read good things about it. I just bought an 18 lb bag of Tomato Tone from the same company which I will be using in my containers.

I've heard of success using Tomato-tone in the initial potting mix with peppers, but haven't personally used it. I grow indoor so the potent smell of their ferts is more prevalent.

I just noticed there is no magnesium listed in the contents, I'll have to remember to use epsom salts.
Check with the company and ask for a guaranteed analysis of all macro/micros. Sometimes it's merely a matter of leaving it off the label (many only list NPK or NPKCa).
