seeds-germination Anyone using the Rapid Rooter plugs with a hydrofarm germination station?

If any of you are using this set up to germinate your seeds, can you share your techniques for getting the seeds to germinate and transplanting into soil.
 
Don't know about the station, but I tried the plugs a while back. They are really nice, but expensive. Since they probably cost more than your seeds, I'd recommend planting 2-3 seeds per (make your own holes) and thinning later. Don't let they dry out either. A spray mister would be good every couple of days. Nothing special required to xplant either. If they were cheaper I'd use them again. Are you starting peppers now?
