Apple Wood Smoked Hot Wings W/ Lucky Dog Orange Label Sauce
 
These wings turned out to be awesome! Great flavor with the Lucky Dog Orange Label Hot Sauce.
 
Recipe:
 
Dry rub:
chili powder, sugar, kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder, moruga scorpion powder.
 
Glaze:
1 bottle of Lucky Dog Orange Label Hot Sauce, 1 Stick of unsalted butter.
 
Heat 5/10
Flavor 8/10

That's a lot of work and wait for a plate of wings.
It's 2 hours and 30 min. I go 1 1/4 then turn them over for another 45 min. then glaze them and then another 30 min. and that is a perfect 180 deg.
 
My bad I watched it again. You said 3 hr smoke at 300, 4 would have been dry!!!!! But good to know it's actually 2.5, that sounds more like it!
 
End result looked good. Great sauce too!
