Took today and tomorrow off work to catch up on home stuff. Put the car in for service, cleaned out the freezer to find 1.5 lbs of conch, some squid, and 2 small-ish lobster tails, so making seafood stew tonight. Tomorrow is tending to the garden and some experimental blends of hot sauces I have been thinking about making but just never got around to doing them. Not sure what the rest of the week will bring.
