Ever tried Turbotax? On your own computer? Much cheaper than using a tax preparer. Most will charge an arm, a leg, and a pound of chiles.

they just might be TB.

My tax issues are beyond turbo tax. I am behind 5 years and it involves Corporate, personal and out of state taxes.

You need a tax lawyer, not a cpa
