Are these diseased?

I have 3 white fatalii plants, they are all growing differently. But this one plant has me worried, should i scrap it? or can it be saved?

compared to these other two of the same variety

okay that makes sense as there are no leaves above them, was pretty worried to be honest, glad its nothing serious.
