I have an abundance of fresno's this year. 4 plants has given me more then I can eat. Same with my peperoncino's.
Do these dry well? They seem to be thicker fleshed but I think they should be good?
I'm already drying my habs and aji limon's (neat, the limon's stayed yellow!) but they are thinner skinned.
Advice?
