Are these "Pinocchio's Nose" peppers???

I saw these at the local farmers market in Jacksonville, FL today 6 for $1.  The vendor said they were hot and thats all the spanish/english we could understand from each other.  I thought they'd be a "neat" addition to my ornamental garden...maybe even intentionally xbreed them.  They tasted good, a little spicy but not quite hot, but isn't "hot" relative..
 
These are approx 9-10" long, and 1-1.5" in diameter, not thin like a cayanne.

Bhut.... I mentioned that I'm not only intellignet, but also good looking and I'll be damned if the peppers grew at least and inch....
 
Like I mentioned, I'm bought them since they were unique and they had many crates full so it seems like they're not just a one-off cross.  I was thinking of crossing them with a Trinidad and Ghost cross I have.   Length and heat in one.

Lucky, they were not that hot when I tried them fresh, but they are spicy after I dried and ground them into powder.  Not super hot, just good spicy.  I'm going to buy some more and maybe use them as part of my filler for mixes.
