Are women born this way?

Actually they are. They strat "mouthing" (making talking motions with their mouth) while in the womb. So, yes, they really do start talking even before they are born. Males of the species do not do this. Just goes to show you that women are designed to be yakers ;)

I think that's what the males are doing in the womb instead of exercizing their mouths. ;)
