No .tried a Redd's ale (carribean). Tasted way too fruity for me. Apple and whiskey doesn't sound too bad

I've noticed the homemade shine has gotten better now that it's popular and on TV. The kids with their fancy expensive stills have taken our old recipies and turning out a better product. Do you prefer legal or illegal shine?
 
I had a wee bit of shine on newyears eve last and it kicked my ass. No thanks.


Having a taco party on Saturday. Any killer ideas I should encorporate?
