I find that by lowering the temp and extending the time they are more tender.

Yes it will be, i am not sure if we are going to do the two products in the one test or if we will be doing them separate though.

Oh yeah! But for me it would be traveling half way around the world.

There might be a couple for me but Neil doesn't drink. I leave some of my home brew there to age from time to time.
