Yes, I have had a lotsa saunas in Japan at such high temps .
Not -45C temps I have never experienced.
How does it feel ?

We are not running and breathing hard here in Sweden at those temperatures.

Have you ever tried Swedish meatballs?

I have never tried anything other than a pair of knockers.
I believe they are warmer than pepper poppers?
