Oh No. It is simple.

Soak channa overnight in warm water. Next day steam cook with salt .

Once done, add a little lemon juice, cumin powder and chilli powder (if you want).

Store in a plastic container in fridge. It will last a week.

Daily have about ten to 12 sppoonfuls of channa in breakfast (heat it for a minute in micro).

So simple no ?
 
It has got lotsa protein, lotsa fiber,Good taste, and little glutens.

Bcomplex vitamins and so on. It is a complete good.
