Seems to me I've read in multiple places that bear meat is unsafe to eat. Don't remember the details, though.

Do you know why, without looking it up?
 
Hard to choose just one. Bison Tongue, Live Ants, Escargot, Liver Soup, and I have never gotten an Oyster down, cooked or otherwise.

If you had to choose one, what's more important for your food Texture or Flavor?

Flavor, totally. That's part of why I started growing hot peppers, because after I moved here, I couldn't find well-seasoned food at restaurants. It's kind of shocking to go to an Asian/Mexican/whatever-is-usually-spicy restaurant and get bland food.

What about you?
 
Textures... Nachos with a spoon? Frozen-like soup? Steak like pudding? ech!
yeah, I'm more about flavors, I would eat the hell out of great nachos, even if it was with a spoon.
