i wish i could grow some. raw asparagus dipped in hummus is awesome snacking material.

plus it makes your pee and semen smell funny and i hear it tastes funny as well.

It is genetically determined if you secrete those smells or not. So you can check out according to the rules of Mendel if you are related to your relatives or not...

It is! But come to think of it, I used parma ham, not bacon. But bacon would be incredible too. Gotta try that one time

I have been to a asparagus restaurant in Germany that was only open during the growing season. Five course restaurant with the final dish being a large plate of white asparagus with a small medallion of meat on the side.

I was told they grew the white asparagus by putting a large pot over the new stem's keeping it in the dark. I'm not dure if they were just joking around or not.
