Hah! I don't actually feel a "burn" per se. I... dunno how to put it politely. Essentially, they liquify my intestines for the whole morning! Good thing I can work from home once in a while!
I wake up, feel good. Make coffee, get some breaky whipped up. Sit down at the computer and start doing the morning "pre"work work (you know, answer the important emails that came in overnight, etc.) and then BOOM!
Running to the washroom.
Repeat, every 15-20 mins for the next 4 hours or so. I swear to god I lost 10lbs this morning.
