UPDATE ! We have now been approached by hotel owners to run this COMP in ALL of 3 their hotels which includes :
-CURRENT- Windsor Arms (still need 3 competitors have 7 )
Bald Rock Hotel in Rozelle
Bat & Ball in Surry HIlls
- AHHH nearly had all my COMPETITORS now I need MORE !!!!!
Please PM ME if you would like to attend these events! Dates still to be determined!

I wonder if I could paddle my pirough over? The heat wouldn't be a
problem, now quantity, idk.
Just checked the logistics, #1; I couldn't paddle that far in the time
allotted, #2; my pirough wouldn't hold enough food for the trip, which
means if I made it, quantity would no longer be a issue!lol

Thanx Mick..... I think I am stuck doing the MC too....
Maybe we combind our two events a take this show on the rd ? I have 4 different comps running for this year in Sydney (nrth,est,sth,west / chilli concarn, crab, Mexican,etc). But happy to setup more in other states though or we can do A BIG one with Neil , you, LV, Scorp and myself ... and run a huge one some where ?.

We have decided to postpone our event until late AUGUST... As when planned we did not realise how close we had planned to Sawtell chilli Festival. And with Launch of new sauce, spices & new seed lines.... it has been busy as hell here...
