Like I said above it looks like the Australia day Fiery Wing challenge may be the only one for 2010 as our schedule just went into overdrive, so if you are in Brissy come out for a look
This time there will be 5 preliminary wild card rounds before the main event. sign up is from 1 pm organized chaos will start around 2.30 3 depending on how rolled the kitchen there gets, and how soon I can get in and start the wings.
