what to try first though??????????????????????

Can I make a suggestion: I showed the people at my work and a few of them asked what dishes each would match as a "serving suggestion". Actually as I am writing this my wife just rang and asked which one would be best for chicken and or ribs. It helps the noobs decide.

I am gonna put in my first order after work tonight.

HBD Trinidad Scorpion Sauce, is awesome, very tasty sauce, heat level is kept under control (still very hot by normal standards) while still brining a killer scorp and bonnet flavor, its almost the perfect sauce for anything :)

Here's a few recipes, not sure what kind of food you guys are in to but I hope it gives you some ideas:

I also enjoy adding the jalapeno pineapple or mango habanero to sour cream to make it a spicy sour cream for either mexican food or an easy chip-dip.

Or you can take 3 parts plain white yogurt to one part mango habanero, a little diced scallion and a dash of white sugar to make a great dip for chicken.

The jalapeno pineapple is also good mixed in mac and cheese!

The classic gold is great on red meat, you can add a little to ground beef when making burgers, or thin it out with a little cider vinegar or olive oil and brush it on a steak.

Let me know what you decide and what you think !!
