Last Nights Supper Mmmm.
I had the drained Kefir to work with so had to do a dip so it was not wasted
2 Avacados
1 cup Drained Kefir
1 Thai Pepper (could have had 3 of them, the heat was subdued by contents)
2 tbs Dried red Bell pepper
2 Tbs Olive oil
2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbs Seasoning
2 Tbs Fresh Rosemary
1/4 tsp Salt
(Forgot to add basil as planned so next time since I still got a few Avocados)
Taste like Mayo
Buckwheat yeast flat bread with caraway. used to dip in the dip
