Hey guys, I've been starting to puree down some of our peppers from this years growing. The extras for sale are:

(6) 16 oz jars of Jamaican Hot Chocolate Peppers $8 + shipping
(6) 16 oz jars of Caribbean Red Peppers $8 + shipping
(6) 8 oz jars of Yellow Scotch Bonnet $5 + shipping

The JHC puree sounds good. With or without seeds? Also do you have an ingredient list (i.e. A lot of vinegar, a little vinegar, no vinegar, sugar or salt?) Thanks,

All of mine have seeds, and I use 20% of the total pepper weight of vinegar. So if I had 16 oz of peppers, i add 3.2 oz of vinegar. and a little under a teaspoon of sea salt. They are very thick and a coarse puree.
