Black seeded Simpson lettuce
Beets
Marketmore Cumcuber
Pole Beans
Patio Eggplant (1 year old)
Black Beauty Eggplant
Delicious Tomato
Moringa Tree x4
Lemon Tree x2 (3 year old)


I grow in hydro setups (kratky or dwc) year round but do dabble to adding soil grows come April in chilly NH.

Here are 3 of my baby eggplants growing in the Kratky setup! Enjoy.

I replaced my 25 w LED with a 1000w LED recently and the plants love it!

All of the kratky setup plants are booming compared to the coco pellets being fed nutrients once a day.

The lettuce is now about 3 inches tall and so is the spinach with new leaves.

The tomatoes are about 3 to 4 inches and the bean plants are getting big.

Small update.

Harvested some lettuce for a ceaser salad. This cantelope or pumpkin...plant is huge. The roots just didn't stop coming out like white wisps of angel hair.

The spinach and moringa is coming along!

Lettuce and everything growing fast! Started the Lola and muir today as well.

Made another reservoir for the remaining spinach and lettuce starts.. And moringa.

Ah, good observation! That is a black beauty eggplant seedling.

The smaller version is great but they last for one dinner and gotta wait about a month and a half for more.

Nice!  I like the way eggplants grow - I just wish I liked to eat them more.  I try to source less common peppers and other vegetables directly from other countries and last season I had someone bring over Turkish eggplant seeds for me from Istanbul.  Great blooms on the plants.

Heck yeah! I feel you there. I won't say that they are my favorite but they are growing on me. Especially if you can convince the kids to eat them!

Here is a pic of the patio eggplants. A few more weeks till we can harvest them.

Yep.. One bolting but the rest are good. I hear that spinach leaves are good until the blossom shows so there's to hoping!

Small update.

Lettuce varieties are starting to get true leaves. Either all my lettuce is bolting or crowning.. Never really had success. You tell me?
