AZ noob : Pepper guessing game

Got a big ole box of goodies but having a hard time identify the strain/family.
 
Sorry about the crappy pics of the well over rip peppers...i ate a bunch and then dehydrated most of them only leaving 6 or so for final eating and seeds.
 
Forgot to check them in the fridge for a few days and they had all turned on me...but i was able to get plenty of white seeds from them though.

Think i got the bhut (large and small) v 7 pods all cleared up now but how do you determine a brain strain cross will it always be covered in dimples?
